Golf Cart Round-Up

We encountered a golf cart sweep the other day, on Lazaro Cardenas. “Hey, you don’t want to go down there. They just took my golf cart and gave me a ticket.” Yikes. The kind messenger accepted a ride to the nearest watering hole.

Policia Vial were ticketing golf carts for not having a license, and then hauling the carts away to an impound lot. The funny thing is, if you previously tried to purchase a license for a golf cart in Bucerias, you would have been advised, “there are no such licenses available for golf carts.” Kind of a Catch 22. It will be interesting to see how this plays out. We offer no opinion, just an observation. We’ll let the Facebook experts figure it out.
