Delices de France
Guillaume Demay was born in Paris, France.
After mastering the art of pastry making, he worked at the world famous Laduree and taught at the prestigious private culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu.
In 2003 he arrived in Mexico for a vacation and he chose to never go back! He met his wife at Rocky Point in the town of Puerto Penasco, in northern Mexico. After marrying, they packed their car with whatever would fit and moved to Bucerias. As an experienced pastry chef, Guillaume was hired by Grand Velas, and he also consulted for Cafe de Artistes and the Festival of Pastries. In 2008 he opened his own bakery in Bucerias, Delices de France, and has been satisfying customers with scrumptious goodies ever since!
Out front is a neat spot to watch the hustle of Bucerias (oh, it exists!) and revel in our small town surroundings. Or, enjoy the peace and solitude of the lush back garden. Breakfast, lunch or after dinner pastry, Guillaume offers savoury or sweet croissants, quiche, paninis, pastries, fresh squeezed juices and plenty of coffee or tea options.
Open year round from 7:30am to 9:00pm, visit the bakery at AV Narcozari #150.
