Kenshō Bucerias

What’s that all about? That place used to be ChinGon. Wait a minute there is Laurie, let’s ask. Laurie and Althea have taken on two partners, Bob and Kimberly. They have kept their original Asian flavour ChinGon menu and added new selections to it. When we last wrote about ChinGon, google referred to the name as “awesome”. I thought that pretty much described our dining experience. So what is Kenshō? According to Laurie it is about “who you really are”.

Laurie remains the face of the business. Meeting, greeting, directing staff…ensuring each meal is the best. ChinGon is now ChinGone! Kenshō is about Laurie, Althea, Bob and Kimberly. Imagine a big living room, a place where you want to relax and feel comfortable. It is about serving good food and good attitude. You can get full at many restaurants…Kenshō is about full and happy. They presently offer live music Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

Dine-in at well spaced seating, take-out, and coming soon, delivery service. Fully licensed with some interesting choices.
